LOCATION
Our stunning, one-of-a-kind gym is located right on the River Spree, perfectly sitting between the iconic Oberbaumbrücke and the Fernsehturm. With these panoramic views of the river, our gym provides an inspiring and energizing backdrop for every workout, making each training session feel extraordinary. Feel tranquil yet powerful each time you come by.
We have a comprehensive offering of classes and services, and a complete fitness program for progressing and improving every aspect of your fitness.
Our core WOD classes form the heart of your training, and our specialist classes help build strength, skill, cardio, and more. We are the first gym in Berlin to offer a dedicated youth training program for Kids and Youth. Let's get the next generation find their passion through movement!
pROGRAM & TRAINING
GOLDEN21
This 21-day program focuses on proper technique, mobility, and functional strength, and establish a sustainable routine that supports your future progress and overall well-being.
WODs
A high-intensity workout of the day (WOD) across various movements while improving overall fitness.
KIDS AND TEENS
Fun and engaging functional fitness sessions for youths in a playful and supportive environment, building confidence, coordination, and strength. Classes are tailored to different age groups, so all are challenged while having a great time.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Work on form, technique, and strength required for Olympic lifts like the snatch, clean, and jerk through technical drills, progressive strength training, and accessory work.
GYMNASTICS
Learn foundational and advanced techniques and strength required for movements such as handstands, muscle-ups, pull-ups, and ring work.
AEROBIC CAPACITY
Improving cardiovascular endurance and overall aerobic performance, recover faster, and increase lung capacity.
ZONE 2
Low-intensity endurance maintaining a steady heart rate to improve cardiovascular efficiency, fat metabolism, and overall endurance. Perfect for active recovery and improving long-term fitness.
open gym
Uncoached sessions to work on individual skills, conditioning, or accessory, but the team will be available for guidance if needed.

Our used Training methodology, CrossFit, is considered safe due to its scalable nature, as every movement can be modified to match each person’s capabilities. There are certified coaches that oversee all classes, ensuring proper form and technique.
