You’ll find us right at the Spree River, in the heart of the city between Oberbaumbrücke and Fernsehturm. With panoramic views of the river, our gym provides an inspiring and energizing backdrop for every workout.

ZONE 2

Low-intensity endurance to improve cardiovascular efficiency, fat metabolism, and overall endurance.

How does Starling benefit me as a member?

What is functional training?

Functional fitness is a training method that focuses on movements you perform in everyday life – such as lifting, squatting, pulling, pushing or twisting. The goal is to build strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance so that you feel better and can move better, both in the gym and outside of it.
At Starling Performance, we train for life. Whether you want to lift your child, run for the train or recover from an injury, functional fitness helps you do it with more strength, control and confidence. It’s about real strength, real movement and real performance.
We use CrossFit as a proven method to structure and scale our training – and for those with a specific goal in mind, we also prepare athletes for HYROX, a global fitness competition that combines functional strength and endurance.

What is The BrandX Method?

The Brand X Method™ is a strength-and-conditioning program designed specifically for kids and teens, focusing on motor pattern training and physical literacy to improve fitness, athleticism, and overall well-being, while also reducing the risk of injuries and combating childhood obesity.

We use The Brand X Method™ because it provides a proven framework for training youth in any environment, and ensures that kids and teens develop the skills, confidence, and motivation needed for everyday movement and sport.

How are you different from other gyms or CrossFit centers?

Our gym goes beyond traditional training by offering a holistic fitness experience, combining training, nutrition, recovery support, and mindset coaching all under one roof. You have everything you need to succeed in one place, without the hassle of searching for outside resources.

What kind of results can I expect from this all-in-one approach?

Our approach is designed to deliver sustainable, measurable results. By addressing every aspect of fitness—physical, nutritional, and mental—we help you achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle. You’ll likely experience improved strength, endurance, and energy levels, along with a stronger mindset and better overall well-being.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

Not at all! It is designed to be scalable and can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes, and tailored to your individual abilities and goals.

Is Training safe?

Our used Training methodology, CrossFit, is considered safe due to its scalable nature, as every movement can be modified to match each person’s capabilities. There are certified coaches that oversee all classes, ensuring proper form and technique.

Do you offer a trial or intro class?

For those that have yet to begin their CrossFit journey, or want to experience our facilities, we offer a 21-day program called the Golden21 that will help you to build a routine on our foundational movements. Do you offer Kids/Youth fitness programs?

Yes we do! Starling Performance will be the first CrossFit gym in Berlin to offer a dedicated youth training program for Kids and Teens. Our approach is based on the Brand X Method, the leading functional fitness program dedicated to training children in physical literacy.
