A high-intensity workout of the day (WOD) across various movements while improving overall fitness.
Fun and engaging functional fitness sessions for youths in a playful and supportive environment, building confidence, coordination, and strength. Classes are tailored to different age groups, so all are challenged while having a great time.
Work on form, technique, and strength required for Olympic lifts like the snatch, clean, and jerk through technical drills, progressive strength training, and accessory work.
Learn foundational and advanced techniques and strength required for movements such as handstands, muscle-ups, pull-ups, and ring work.
